Information
The following EDUCATIONAL MANUAL describes the typical responsibilities
and requirements for educational offerings. Please call

After reviewing the EDUCATIONAL MANUAL, which is shown below,
please
go to the "Sponsor Application"
page.
After the application is received, it will be reviewed, signed
and returned
to the Agency (you) for signatures.
In general, The Moore Group, Inc. is responsible for instructional
services, course materials, examination processing and record
keeping. The Agency (you) are responsible for registration,
promotion,
and classroom facilities.
(Upon agreement, The Moore Group, Inc. will provide some,
or all of the Agency responsibilities described in the Manual.)
EDUCATIONAL MANUAL
REGISTRATION (Agency responsibility)
The Moore Group, Inc. will provide a registration form with
instructions to
the Coordinator. The Agency has the responsibility of student
registration and collecting all tuition and fees.
The Agency is financially responsible for all tuition, including
student
checks made out to The Moore Group, Inc. that are returned
for
insufficient funds.
CLASSROOM (Agency responsibility)
All courses and seminars are typical classroom configuration.
Theater
conference seating usually is not acceptable. Conference facilities
and hotels typically over estimate room capacity for classroom
seating.
Rooms will usually seat comfortably 70% of capacity.
There is to be a head table for the instructor with a standing
or table-top
podium. An overhead projector and screen are required for
all
educational offerings. A television and VCR are required for
some courses and workshops.
COURSE MATERIALS AND TEXTBOOKS (Agency and
The Moore Group, Inc. responsibilities)
The Moore Group, Inc. will ship course materials and textbooks
to
the individual listed in question seven of the application.
TMG will ship
approximately one to two weeks before the first day of the
class.
The Moore Group, Inc. will pay these shipping costs.
All course materials and textbooks are included in the course
tuition
(unless otherwise specified in the contract).
The Agency is responsible for the return shipping cost of
unused course
materials and textbooks. The cost of unused textbooks and
course materials
materials (not returned to The Moore Group, Inc. within 2
weeks after
last day of the class) will be charged to the Agency.
BILLING PROCEDURES (Agency and The Moore
Group, Inc. responsibilities)
The Agency is responsible for providing The Moore Group, Inc.
any necessary vouchers and billing instruction prior to the
course.
The Moore Group, Inc. will bill the Agency in care of the
individual
listed in question nine of the application. Billing will be
mailed
approximately one week after the last day of the course and
payment
is due and payable upon receipt.
TEST RESULTS (The Moore Group, Inc. responsibility)
The Moore Group, Inc. will mail results to the address indicated
on
the student registration form within two weeks of the final
examination.
No results will be mailed until The Moore Group, Inc. has
been paid
in full.
INSTRUCTORS (The Moore Group, Inc. responsibility)
The Moore Group, Inc. is responsible for all instructor expenses
and
honorarium (unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract).
Instructor expenses includes travel, food, hotel room and
miscellaneous
expenses.
