Environmental Issues

This course examines the various aspects of environmental issues and their impact on real estate. We begin by reviewing Federal environmental protection laws, to gain an understanding of how these laws can impact a property. Then we’ll look at both man-made and natural hazards that can inflict a property, and create a stigma. The latest trends in environmentally conscience building construction with the incorporation of energy efficiency will be explored.
