Statistics Modeling and Finance
This course provides students with information on subjects such as the basic concepts of statistics, statistics graphical representation, statistics correlation and regression analysis, valuation models, appraisal as applied economics and real estate finance.

This course is based on the 2008 AQB requirements for Certified Residential and Certified General credentials.
This course is approved by the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board for 15 hours of qualifying education or continuing education. Nebraska number CR/CG009.
This course fulfills the Iowa Real Estate Appraiser Examining Board criteria(modular, AQB CAP approved, approved by the state appraiser board in which they are held) for qualifying education credit.
The approval by the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board is honored by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission for continuing education for sales persons and brokers and by the Nebraska Department of Property Assessment and Taxation for continuing education for Assessor recertification.
Appraisers in other states may be eligible to receive qualifying or continuing education credit and they should check with their state appraiser board.
