Residential Site Valuation and Cost Approach
This course is designed to provide students with a working knowledge of the various theories and methodologies for arriving at residential site values and applying the cost approach in every day appraisal work.

100% attendance is required.
This course is based on the 2008 AQB requirements for Licensed and Certified Residential credentials.
This course is approved by the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board for 15 hours of qualifying education or 14 hours of continuing education. NRPAB: L/CR005
This course fulfills the Iowa Real Estate Appraiser Examining Board criteria(modular, AQB CAP approved, approved by the state appraiser board in which they are held) for qualifying education credit.
The approval by the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board is honored by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission for continuing education for sales persons and brokers and by the Nebraska Department of Property Assessment and Taxation for continuing education for Assessor recertification.
Appraisers in other states may be eligible to receive qualifying or continuing education credit and they should check with their state appraiser board.
