New Fannie Mae Requirements for Appraisers

7 Hours continuing education

This course will introduce and review the new Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac required Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD).  The UAD will be required for single-family residential  forms 1004/70 (URAR); 2055 (exterior-only); 1073/465 (individual condominium unit); 1075/466 (exterior-only condominium unit).

The “Fannie Mae Appraiser Independence Requirements” will also be reviewed as well as other Fannie Mae updates and guidance on appraisal-related topics.

The objective of this course is to give appraisers an understanding of recently issued Fannie Mae requirements and guidance which includes the new Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac requirements for field-specific standardization of data.

This course is an intermediate level course designed for credentialed appraisers.

This seminar is approved by the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board for 7 hours of continuing education.   #C21107

This seminar is approved by the Iowa Real Estate Appraiser Examining Board for 7 hours of continuing education.   A540-208.

Appraisers in other states may be eligible to receive continuing education credit and they should check with their state appraiser board.
