Report Writing Update
7 Hours appraiser continuing education

Appraisers are frequently criticized by users of appraisals and state regulatory agencies, for deficiencies in their reports.
This course will review
- Common reporting deficiencies;
- USPAP reporting obligations and advise;
- Commonly asked questions and answers that pertain to report writing.
The objective of this course is help appraisers write USPAP compliant reports that meet the requirements of users of appraisal services. This course is not specific to any property type.
This course is an intermediate level course designed for credentialed appraisers.

This seminar fulfills the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board requirement for a 7 hour report writing seminar.
Appraisers in other states may be eligible to receive continuing education credit and they should check with their state appraiser board.
The approval by the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board is honored by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission for continuing education for sales persons and brokers and by the Nebraska Department of Property Assessment and Taxation for continuing education for Assessor recertification.
