National USPAP Update 7-Hour
Required materials: 2012 – 2013 USPAP book
100% attendance is required.
This is the 7-Hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Update Course, as developed by The Appraisal Foundation. The course focuses on changes to USPAP for 2012 and 2013 and on issues that affect daily appraisal practice. It is unique in that it is developed by The Appraisal Foundation with assistance from the Education Council of Appraisal Foundation Sponsors (ECAFS) and is revised on a periodic basis to stay current with the latest edition of USPAP.
This seminar is approved by the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board for 7 hours of continuing education. NRPAB number: C21201.
This seminar is approved by the Iowa Real Estate Appraiser Examining Board for 7 hours of continuing education. IREAEB number: A540-210.
Appraisers in other states may be eligible to receive continuing education credit and they should check with their state appraiser board.
This class fulfills the Appraisal Institute continuing education requirement for “Attending the seven (7) hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice Course when taught by an instructor certified by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation.”
The approval by the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board is honored by the Nebr. Real Estate Commission for continuing education for sales persons and brokers and by the Neb. Dept. of Property Assessment and Taxation for continuing education for Assessor re-certification.
The Moore Group, Inc. has a licensing agreement with The Appraisal Foundation (TAF) for this course. TAF has been granted course approval through the AQB Course Approval Program.
Moore Appraisal Education is owned and operated by The Moore Group, Inc. The Moore Group, Inc. is authorized to operate by the Nebraska Department of Education under the provisions of Sections 85-1601 – 85-1658.
2012-13 USPAP Book is required for this course.
Two tuition options are available:
$199.00 Option 1: School will provide attendee with a 2012-13 USPAP book.
$179.00 Option 2: Attendee will bring their own 2012-13 USPAP Book.
