The FHA Appraiser: Thriving & Surviving
7 Hours continuing education.
100% attendance is required.
This course will provide you with an understanding of the historical and present needs for FHA programs. It focuses on the most current FHA appraisal requirements including inspection and reporting requirements. It also provides resources for continuing updates on the programs. You will also learn how to get placed on the FHA roster.
The course is approved by the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board for seven hours of continuing education (C2913).
The NRPAB approval of this course is honored by the Nebr. Real Estate Commission for Continuing Ed. for sales persons and brokers.
The NRPAB approval of the course is honored by the Nebr. Dept of Revenue for Continuing Ed. for Assessor re-certification.
Appraisers in other states may be eligible to receive continuing education credit and they should check with their state appraiser board.
